KATE WELLS.

Founder & Head Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Fitness has always been a great passion of mine, growing up I played a lot of sports, ran cross country and generally just moved all the time. Moving has always made me feel clear and calm, without it I feel lost.

When I was in my twenties I injured my back from too much pounding the pavements and not enough conditioning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and mobility. It was at this point in my life that I ‘found’ Yoga, it helped me with the physical back pain as well as the anxiety I had been feeling. I have been lucky enough to practice in some of the most magical places in the World, Bali, Thailand, India, Australia.

It was after about 4 years of going to classes that I decided I wanted to teach my own practice. I trained back in 2016 and have been teaching daily classes ever since.

My style is fitness focussed, moving from one pose to the next in a fast paced flowing sequence then ending with a restorative relaxation.

JADE SKIDMORE.

Yoga Instructor

I started on my yoga journey when I was just 14 years old, and continued to practice as a student throughout my teens and my early twenties.

After years spent working in a busy office, my passion for yoga, and the benefits that it brought to my life, had grown, and I took the leap to become a yoga teacher in 2018. Qualifying with Yoga London in 2019, as a certified YTT 200hr yoga teacher.

Since then, my love and appreciation for yoga has flourished, and the ability to share this with my students is a gift. I currently teach a mix of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga influenced classes, whilst also undertaking a course in Pregnancy Yoga, so that I can offer the benefits of the practice to expectant mothers.

My classes are focussed on centring and grounding the body and mind, through movement and breath, in a nurturing environment.

I hope to see you on the mat soon.

VERONICA WINTER.

Veronica began practising yoga in 1995 in London and feels blessed to have had Liz Lark and Nigel Jones as her first Yoga teachers.

In 2003 she began her Yoga Teacher training with The British Wheel of Yoga with David Charlton and Gail Reeves of Living Yoga, and began teaching shortly afterwards.

Veronica has trained with Shiva Rea in Vinyasa Flow, completed Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson and qualified as a Yin Yoga with Norma Blair.

Most recently attended anatomy & physiology training with Gary Carter of Better Bodies. She regularly attends monthly Yoga workshops to continue her Yoga studies.

Chrissy knight.

Yoga Instructor

A dedicated practitioner for the past 5 years, I have explored Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa yoga styles and completed my 200hr certification in 2020.

My classes are playful - combining fluid movement with a juicy long hold or two to wind down and restore. Classes are challenging, but always open and welcoming to all levels. It's a space for you to study movement and mindfulness, and a place for you to come home to your breath.

I look forward to meeting you on the mat.

Milly Chester.

Yoga Instructor

Milly started practicing yoga in her teens and has practiced consistently since 2011.

She completed her YTT200hr teacher training in 2017 in Anusara yoga with Bridget Woods Kramer at TriYoga in London and began teaching towards the end of her training.

Milly continued her studies in yoga anatomy with Andrew McGonigle and has qualified as restorative yoga teacher with Anna Ashby and menopause yoga teacher with Petra Coveney.

Milly’s classes often use yoga props such as straps, bricks and blocks to help students make the most of the poses.
