FITNESS YOGA.
Our signature class that focuses at flowing breath with movement and achieving a full body workout and stretch.
SLOW FLOW.
A ‘wind down’ style class that channels your energies into finding calm in stillness, slowing moving from poses helping you get a deeper, more effective release. Ideal for beginners or anyone returning to Yoga after a while.
FITNESS PILATES.
A strong class focusing on strengthening the whole body and is the ideal class for anyone suffering any lower back issues. Pilates helps to realign the mind and body.
YOGA+PILATES.
A hybrid class of Yoga and Pilates. The perfect balance of each practice designed to make you feel longer, stronger and calmer.
MIXED LEVEL REFORMER PILATES.
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, spring-resistance workout performed on a sliding bed that builds strength, flexibility, and core stability, making it safe, adaptable, and effective for all fitness levels.
YOGA FLOW
A class for beginners and improvers, a perfect opportunity to learn and improve postures, sequences, alignment and breathing techniques.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is for those who are looking to find some calm to their day. A slower paced class where we hold poses for longer to get a deeper stretch. A class to unwind and relax and ideal for anymore starting out with Yoga.
PILATES : STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A full-body, low-impact strength class using heavy dumbbells to build power, stability, and endurance. You’ll move through smart, functional sequences that combine compound lifts, core work, and conditioning to challenge the entire body. Expect an energising session that leaves you feeling strong yet grounded.
